Our mission aims to restore the United States of America to its original jurisdiction through peaceful advocacy, rooted in Christian principles and promoting self-governance across all 50 states. 

In 1928, the War Department issued Field Training Manual 2000-25 on Citizenship and how to return to a Republican form of Constitutional government from a Democracy. General Douglas MacArthur studied under this manual.

193,2 Franklin Delano Roosevelt orders the Training Manual 2000-25 and all negative references to a Democracy destroyed with no explanation. 1945 General Douglas MacArthur created Project Bluebook, where he handpicked a few of the brightest in the special forces and trained them in nation-building and the Constitution. The men who participated in Project Blue Book formed the Restore America plan. 2009 Those who studied under General Douglas MacArthur and the Restore America Plan initiated the resettling of counties and states via original jurisdiction assemblies. The Michigan General Jural Assembly (MGJA) adjourned the Congress Sine Die March 14th 1861, session, brought it forward to 2010, and scheduled the next meetings proper each month since to today’s interim status. 2011 Notice was given to the office of POTUS, Michigan Governor, et al., and remains unrebutted through today. December 2011, MGJA issued 21 Requisitions to the Office of POTUS, Joint Chiefs of Staff, Pentagon, and Secretary of State.

Original jurisdiction refers to the constitutional government before 1861, based on the Founding Fathers’ principles, emphasizing that the people in local communities instruct the state, and the states representatives bring forward the will of the people to a national level.

The United States exists in two forms:

1. The original union of States that was in operation until March 14th, 1861; a collection of sovereign Republics in the union (confederation). Under the original Constitution for the United States of America, the States controlled the Federal Government; the Federal Government did not control the States and had very little authority.

2. The original United States offices are occupied by a separate and different UNITED STATES formed in 1871, which only controls the District of Columbia and its territories, and which is a corporation (the UNITED STATES CORPORATION) that acts as our current government. The United States Corporation operates under Roman Civil/Corporate/Commercial/Public Law rather than Common/Private Law.

Christian Principles are foundational to the original Articles of Confederation, which have stood the test of time to ensure God-given rights for all individuals to be maintained and upheld.

Voting – Deuteronomy 1:13 Choose for your tribes wise, understanding, and experienced men, and I will appoint them as your heads.’

Form of Government – Isaiah 33:22 For the LORD is our judge; the LORD is our lawgiver; the LORD is our king; he will save us.

Rom 13:1 states that every person should submit to the governing authorities, for all authority comes from God, and those in power have been placed there by Him.

Under a monarchy, subjects submit to the king. (governing authorities)

In a republic, citizens are the sovereigns. (governing authorities)
We the People – Isaiah 9:6 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.; 1Corinthians 12:27 Now you are the body of Christ and individually members of it.

The notice published by the MGJA is recognized by the international community. Recognition by foreign countries preserves and protects the people at large.

These are local groups organized by the people in their local communities to peacefully advocate for restoring a republican form of government; empowering individuals to reclaim their God-given rights, which include the right to assemble and self-govern.

The Michigan Model refers to decades of research within the archives in Philadelphia, Boston, New York, and other repositories, piecing together the step-by-step path laid down by the founders of the creation and evolution of the original colonies and states from 1620 to 1861. The Michigan Model is the reassembly process that is in harmony with the original formation of our nation.

Common Law – God’s law/nature’s law, respects individual sovereignty, while Corporate Law, the U.S. government currently follows, functions as a contractual agreement governed by commercial principles and does not apply to the people. The United States Code is Roman Civil Law. “The Code”.

God-given rights are inherent freedoms that all individuals possess and cannot be taken away, including personal sovereignty, which is rooted in Christian values and upheld in the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence.

On April 15, 1861, President Lincoln executed the first executive order written by any President, Executive Order 1, Executive Orders are not constitutional however it is perceived as law by the use of television propagating the deception. This is not correct; an Executive Order is the memo method of communicating between departments of a corporation and is not the law of the land.

When Congress eventually did reconvene, it was reconvened under the military authority of the Commander-in-Chief and not by Rules of Order for Parliamentary bodies or by Constitutional Law; placing the American people under martial rule ever since that national emergency declared by President Lincoln.

The Constitution for the United States of America temporarily ceased to be the law of the land, and the President, Congress, and the Courts unlawfully presumed that they were free to remake the national government in their own fashion, whereas, lawfully, no constitutional provisions were in place which afforded power or authority to enact any of the actions which were taken which presumed to place the nation under the new form of federal government control.

Peaceful assembly allows the people to advocate for lawful change without violence, creating a united movement to restore the United States’ to a republican form of government as guaranteed in Article 4 Sect 4 of the Constitution.
